True Compassion Home Health provides a specialized team of healthcare professionals. This team is on call 24/7 for short-term deployment throughout Ontario. Our staffing services can support facilities including hospitals, nursing homes, retirement homes, and rehabilitation centers.

Skilled Nursing Reliable Homecare Service

Our home care nurses will provide you with a variety of options for medical care and treatment that allow not only a choice but also a voice in your own treatment and recovery plan. The following are some of the tasks which can be completed by our skilled and compassionate nurses:

• Free in-person or over-the-phone consultation with a Registered Nurse and care coordinator to identify needs

• Free service to connect you with LHIN community services which are fully covered by OHIP 

• Free client environment safety assessment to ensure the safety of your loved one and our employees

• Skilled Nursing tasks, such as IV therapy and wound care, especially to clients with no OHIP coverage 

• Palliative and Hospice care

Personal Care Services and Companionship

Our  compassionate, experienced and Certified Caregivers and Personal Support Workers  trained in all areas of personal care needs, and have met all requirements for employment including CPR and First Aid Certified, and Vulnerable Sector check (background check). They are highly qualified to assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, medication reminders and light housekeeping. Our True Compassion Home Health service team will work with you and your loved one to ensure appropriate personal care services. Whatever the hour may be, our registered and certified practitioners are readily available to cater to your medical needs.
